As a new homeowner, I was dead set on getting my garage epoxied. I did my research before calling Eric at First Class Coatings. From our first interaction, he was totally genuine with me and was very detailed in explaining the process. The install crew did a great job and my floor is fantastic. The upkeep is minimal, and now after parking on it for a couple of months, there have been no surprises and I can confidently say that I think it will hold up against the test of time. After watching videos on the company website showing their tile removal process, I called and spoke to Rene who took time to answer all of my questions with detailed descriptions of the process. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, and I set up an appointment for an estimate. The owner and assistant came to measure tile and provide the estimate, with measurements taken down to the inch for accuracy. I scheduled an appointment for tile removal, and the day before they were to arrive, Rene called to confirm the crew arrival time of 7am the following day and offered to answer any last-minute questions or concerns I might have. The crew arrived on time at 7am, coordinated tasks together like a well-oiled machine, worked diligently and carefully, did not hesitate to discuss any issues with me to make sure I was happy with the outcome. The crew remained in contact throughout the day with the home office for updates. I was blown away by their equipment and precision, as well as the speed at which the three workers were able to remove the tile and thinset down to the bare concrete. They removed 665 square feet of tile and drove away at 3:45pm. While they worked, I kept walking around the house sweeping my hand over countertops and furniture and there was no dust. At completion the crew showed us 5 very large vacuum containers packed with dust resembling the consistency of powdered sugar, they estimated about 800 pounds total. I'm incredibly happy with the results and performance of all their employees, and will not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend them to others.

My complex uses this company to replace carpets in the units. They showed up a day early unannounced, left before I could get home from work, and never came back on the day they were scheduled. We were scheduled for them to come on a weekend and when we called they said they are closed. This company is very unprofessional and inconvenient.

I picked this vibrant Moroccan cement tile in custom colors which is a service I never knew existed. Either way very excited to receive this and further add to my review but the service I got at Home Solutionz - Scottsdale was 1st class and I’m certain the material I chose is equally as top grade. Have to check out this place the showroom is insane. Classic cars, weird and wonderful floors, tiles from all over.

I don't understand why businesses which advertise on vehicle's decide to drive with no consideration for other motorists. On Tuesday, October 6th in the afternoon I was driving to Del Webb hospital where I work and was completely cut-off by this company's truck. Why drive like a maniac ? I hope no one gives this company any business. Drive considerate!

I received a quote from Home Solutionz in 2019. I went with another contractor but ever since, Home Solutionz has been cold-calling and emailing me constantly looking for projects, even after repeated requests to remove me from their distribution lists.

In short; I have no idea the quality of their work but if you do receive a quote from them, prepare for the years worth of cold-calling.

We hired Home Solutionz in Cave Creek to remove the carpeting from two bedrooms and the closets and put in tile. Overall, I had a great experience working with Home Solutionz. The final result is fantastic. I appreciate you very much for making my house so attractive!

Terribly managed outfit.The installers barely speak english and the owner is too busy to deal with issues that may come up.This company is your typical kind that will secure your work and then sub it out to Julio so they can pay less . Result is poor quality,not done on time and you will have to babysit your own install . That's if who they send to you can speak english.

Did a good work in my house for a gaming room and bathroom.. recomend 100%
