Best New Wood Floors in Phoenix AZ

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Top notch professionals! Rob and his team was great to work with. This is the flooring professional everyone needs when working on your floors. Rob knew exactly what areas needed to be fixed, gave great advice, didn’t attempt to upsell me on anything, and provided excellent service. Our floors are now looking great, and I’m definitely going to be hiring his team again in the future for the rest of my home. Horrible and dishonest

Purchased our engineered hardwood flooring from a local retailer and received a quote from their referred installer. I also did my research on a few other installers and came across Rachel at Urban Flooring and I am glad I did. Rachel was not only timely in her response to my inquiry, but she also provided me a quote that was significantly lower than the referred installer and her crew did an excellent job on installing the flooring. I highly recommend Rachel and Urban Flooring for all your flooring needs.

Company never contacted me again after their initial visit. He didn’t even measure my house to bid the job seriously.
