Best Concrete Stain in Phoenix AZ

I just dropped off two pallets of flooring, they opened their dock early for me, the people were passionate about the jobs they provide to their community, the “boss man” came out and made sure I was being taken care of and not having to wait to unload, employees were fast, efficient, polite, well groomed, skilled, and gave myself and my co-driver 2 bottles of cold water each when they realized we were from out of town and were just winging it in the desert lol.

Kinda makes me wish I lived nearby just so I could patronize such an awesome business.

John and his crew had the entire floor plan installed a day before moving.

We were under a time constraint to get the garage floor coated withing 7-8 days as we had to leave town. After calling several garage floor coating companies none were able to respone within the timeframe. I spoke to Eric at First Class Coatings and he was able to reschedule some other jobs to get my garage done. Eric's installers showed up on time, done an excellent joband were very professional. Over all i am very pleased with the way the garage floor looks and would recommend First Class Coatings to anyone looking to have their garage floors done

I called these guys to fix a floor that was botched by another contractor. Alan responded in a timely manner and explained what they could do to polish the floor. They left me with a shiny floor and a very happy customer. We are saving time and money on maintenance now that it's polished. I will be contacting them to do my garage next. We called Sun Valley Floor Specialists to complete a concrete overlay but they tackled a number of additional jobs including kitchen/bathroom demo, shower tiling, drywall repair/design. Edgar has coordinated 6+ months of various projects for us and always stands behind his team's work. Good people, recommend for more than floors if you want a single vendor you can trust.

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!

Spoke with Karen who is an estimator and she said she would review my specs and get back to me. Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?

Me and my family were on Cave Creek Rd on 9/21/22 when one of their work of vehicles was speeding through traffic cut us off and nearly caused a collision. The Individual that was driving was brake checking people and had absolute zero consideration for anyone on the road this was absolutely insane called the office twice with no answer completely unprofessional behavior in a work vehicle!!?!?
