Ali Karsraee send a skilled team to remove all existing carpet and tile from out recently purchased house. The entire house was retiled. This was a one week long job. After watching videos on the company website showing their tile removal process, I called and spoke to Rene who took time to answer all of my questions with detailed descriptions of the process. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, and I set up an appointment for an estimate. The owner and assistant came to measure tile and provide the estimate, with measurements taken down to the inch for accuracy. I scheduled an appointment for tile removal, and the day before they were to arrive, Rene called to confirm the crew arrival time of 7am the following day and offered to answer any last-minute questions or concerns I might have. The crew arrived on time at 7am, coordinated tasks together like a well-oiled machine, worked diligently and carefully, did not hesitate to discuss any issues with me to make sure I was happy with the outcome. The crew remained in contact throughout the day with the home office for updates. I was blown away by their equipment and precision, as well as the speed at which the three workers were able to remove the tile and thinset down to the bare concrete. They removed 665 square feet of tile and drove away at 3:45pm. While they worked, I kept walking around the house sweeping my hand over countertops and furniture and there was no dust. At completion the crew showed us 5 very large vacuum containers packed with dust resembling the consistency of powdered sugar, they estimated about 800 pounds total. I'm incredibly happy with the results and performance of all their employees, and will not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend them to others.

I hired SS&F last month. Their work was fantastic and they are very professional. We have a lot of Flooring Services Near Me companies that are out there, but this one publishes all their reviews and ratings; so you don't get fooled by ads. However, they gave me amazing advice regarding the best flooring option for my house. Now it looks great and I am pleased with their services. Highly Reccomend

They were very patient while educating me on the pros & cons of different types of flooring. I didn’t know floors had so much in them, all the differences between engineered and sold wood and all the available stains, etc. I felt I really had to review this place. The entire purchase, delivery and installation process was very smooth, uneventful and professionally executed. The guys at Home Solutionz - Laveen are very customer-oriented and though not cheap but the service is totally there. 10/10!

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.

Leonardo was fantastic to work with! He is one of the few that takes pride in his job. He was very informative throughout the whole process. I did my own demo work and could clearly see the discrepancy in the concrete as I pulled up the existing wood flooring. I could tell my foundation was far from perfect and he took the time to explain to me why he needed to level and repair the floors and what would happen if I chose not to do so. Leonardo is an honest man and will not leave the job until the customer is 100% satisfied with the results of their tile installation. I would highly recommend him for anyone's project!
