We have worked with Phoenix Home Remodeling on a few jobs recently and are really impressed by their renovation work.
I’ve seen their bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels and other interior remodel work. Their attention to detail on these renos is fantastic.

I left a message regarding an inquiry to build out an ADU in my back yard with a receptionist. Even though Scott's company is limited to the East Valley, he gave me a call back explaining that he could not work in Glendale because it would be cost prohibitive to do so. Regardless of a logistics problem he called me back to inform me of this and answered a ton of questions regarding my endeavor, even though he knew he could not receive my business. There are not that many people these days that would spend time and call you back, this shows his integrity in business. Again, thanks for answering my basic questions and the referral Scott.

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

Megan is amazing at what she does. I never thought about investing in interior design services before, even though I have no idea what I’m doing. But when we had a nightmare insurance claim remodel at our home in Phoenix, I reached out to Megan and she made so many stressful decisions easy for us. We also have an open floor plan which makes design overwhelming. But now after using Megan for all our spaces, our home is more beautiful than I’d ever imagine and functional in new ways for us and our family.
