An Outstanding company to deal with. We have long wanted our dream kitchen. Finally deciding to move forward, we began our search last Summer (2018). First on our list was cabinets. We visited six or seven cabinetry companies in the Phoenix area as well as Lowes and Home Depot (we almost immediately scratched out the Big Box stores as being able to help us achieve our vision). We walked into Envision Cabinetry and we were greeted by Deborah Morris, an outstanding customer service person who understood almost immediately what our end goal was. After another visit or two and her visit to our house for measurements, we ordered Crystal cabinets (a MN fabricator). She helped us redesign our kitchen to deliver just what we were after. We also met Kris Beeman, the company owner and discovered he lives less than a mile from us. The order and delivery time gave us the time we needed to move forward with shopping for countertops, floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. All came together on-time, on-budget (NO SURPRISES). Deborah told us she had the best cabinet installers and she was right. Everett Barker and his sons showed up on a Saturday and finished the install in less than six hours. All very meticulously installed. While any major project is stressful, our relationship with Kris and Deborah significantly reduced the stress. Highly recommend you visit them and they have our permission to put you in touch with us if you'd like to see the finished project.

Trinity Homes was the right choice for our whole home remodel. Very high quality work and they do it in a timely manner. Slade the owner is very knowledgeable, straight forward, and easy to work with. A lot of contractors can be knuckleheads, so do yourself a favor and meet with Slade and you'll know Trinity Homes will be the right choice. Highly recommended!! We have been working with Luster Custom Homes for 5 years. They are one of our best customers. Everyone is always professional and pleasant to work with. Their job sites are always kept tidy and neat. Their superintendents are always very responsive and prompt to address any concerns or questions.

I contacted red ram remodeling and spoke with a gentleman named Dan, I needed some work done on my house in multiple areas, He was eager to come out on my schedule and he was able to get the job done in timely manner, now you could never tell there was any damage to my home.

Update: I do not work there anymore. I got in an accident a year ago while driving the company truck. While in the hospital I got fired. When I tried to apply for unemployment, I found out that I couldn’t get it. The reason I couldn’t is because I was reported to have only made $2500 last year. But that’s wrong, I made $50,000. And it turns out that the owner removed me as a paid employee so that he could keep all the money that I was paying in taxes and not have to pay matching taxes either. So I wasn’t able to get unemployment. Luckily I got Workmen’s Comp for my accident. For the employees working there I hope that the business does well, but that’s the only reason. I hoped that what happened to me doesn’t happen to more employees, but I actually know that it has happened to more already. I don’t know how people get away with things like that. They won’t for long for sure. They think that they’re safe in their little world but they’re not. It’s gonna come crashing down on them someday.
I’ve heard that it doesn’t matter much anymore because they weren’t paying employees for a while now. Probably gone out of business already

Steve hired me he didint pay me for 2 weeks of work and now he says that he doesn't know who i am and has never seen me before well i have all the evidence from when you would send me to jobs and messegas from marcus and steve and all the guys can vouch that i did work for you infact franciscas hous was the last house we worked when you stopped paying us so be ready to hear from me thtough my lawyers

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!

Paid for windows but they won’t install. Business has gone under and fighting in court right now.
