Best Kitchen Renovation in Phoenix AZ

We used West Valley Kitchen and Bath for a major remodel project in our home. They took care of all our needs including replacing flooring, removing walls, designing and building a new kitchen and media wall, updating three baths and all new paint. The quality of the work was top notch and I would highly recommend them. Kim & Dave are honest and super easy to work with and have become good friends in the process.

We received great service from this company. They replaced our roof and painted the interior of our home. We also had new carpet installed. They answered our questions , addressed any concerns and made us happy. I really appreciated their professionalism.

After seeing a friend’s kitchen remodel and the high praise she gave Kyle and Capitol Mark my husband and I called and set up an appointment. We liked Mark from the beginning. He walked us through the kitchen remodel, explained what we needed to do. Kyle was always very professional, organized and punctual. A great communicator. His crew started demolition on time, cleaned up before they left. They took cabinets out, we had a gasoline put in, new cabinets, countertops, lighting, fans, countertops, sink and new appliances. The entire project was finished 3 days before it was scheduled to be completed. We were blown away! Who gets done on time?! Capitol Mark!
We were so impressed with the way the kitchen project went we hired Kyle and his team to remodel both of our bathrooms while we were back in Montana for the summer. That’s how much we trusted him and his crew. We face timed with Eric during the process. The project included taking a block window out, replacing with a smaller window, removing a tub, repositioning the shower, making the entry into the shower level for a wheel chair, tiling, new toilets, lighting, fan, countertops and cabinets. We flew down once to see the progress. Beautiful workmanship. .
It was a pleasure working with Mark and his team. He’s got a great group working for him. We’d hire them again.

This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

Everything - from design to installation - was professional and in keeping with how we feel a business should be run. Even the follow through with a gift basket hand picked to fit the needs of our growing family was not only appreciated, but cemented our perceptions of McCurdy as a high class operation with integrity.

It’s hard to go wrong with a company like that.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Tyson, who was the coordinator and overseer of our recent bathroom renovation/kitchen modification, did an outstanding job! The absolute WORST experience my family has ever had purchasing anything. We bought the cabinets back in February and were told they would arrive April 15th. They were delayed until May (things happen, we were very understanding). Since we were told May, we gutted our kitchen to prepare for the cabinets. May came around no cabinets, late May no cabinets. We were then told June, June came around, also no cabinets. Late June no cabinets. We were then promised July and a small refund for the inconvenience we have them promising all these things in emails and phone calls. We have yet to receive that small refund and we received the cabinets July 7th. They made one of the cabinets with the drawer and door on the wrong side, missing panels, and unpainted sides. We were then told it would take them ANOTHER MONTH to get the cabinets painted. It is now August 26th and they haven’t reached out at all, radio silence. We have been living with no functioning kitchen for 4 months. FOUR MONTHS NO KITCHEN, we wash dishes outside and have been forced to create a makeshift “kitchen”. Their customer service is so unbelievably horrible. Please do not think these bad reviews are one off, their bad reviews are 100% accurate and are similar to our experience. Unfortunately we didn’t read into their reviews much before we purchased. Please save yourselves the headaches and the money.

Dale, Terone, and his team were great to work with. I did a full kitchen remodel, removed structural beams, new HVAC, cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc, and very pleased with how it turned out! Dale was very patient with some of the delays that were not his fault, and never grew frustrated with the process or some of the issues we ran into during the remodel process. He’s honest, fair, and can handle any of your remodel needs! Highly recommend and can get the job done!

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
