If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Mike and his team are fantastic; true professionals. We will definitely hire again for our next remodel phase!

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

D&D construction is the best General Contractor we have ever worked with in two states and five houses over the last fifty years. During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.

I'm not one to write reviews or post online; however, it would be a disservice to not share our experience with anyone looking to remodel. I posted the before and after pictures for visual reference. West Haven Builders did a phenomenal job with our kitchen remodel. They listened to what we envisioned and turned it into a reality. They were professional, responsive, and provided quality service as well as outcomes. We are so grateful for AZ Neighbor and their amazing people. Not only is their workmanship of great quality, but they are people you can trust which is so important when opening your home (literally, walls, ceiling, flooring, all of it)! Many crews can do the job, but few do it with the integrity, commitment, and smile that the AZ Neighbor team does it with. We will continue to use them on any of our house projects (and we’ve had many).

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

I recently had my bathroom completely updated including a door repositioning. The owner, Ryan Brunell was very helpful with suggestions of products and also listened to me carefully so I ended up with my little piece of heaven in the end. He was timely and took care to respect my space leaving my home nice and clean on departure. After he remodeled my whole condo, I would not have gone to anyone else for my bathroom remodel. Scored a 10/10 from me!!

We are very happy with our bathroom remodel. We wanted more storage space so a pocket door replaced the regular door, and cabinets were extended to the wall. Our almost 30 year old bathroom got a much needed update to fit our needs. Premier Kitchen and Bath kept us apprised of everything that was happening with the remodel, and everyone who came to the house to work was very professional, polite, and nice. Bruce did a fabulous job of working on the design and colors for our bathroom. The project manager, Kent, always let us know who would be coming in to work on specific days. We are looking forward to having them remodel our kitchen in the near future.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

Look no further, you have found the best of the best! Slade and his team are a dream to work with for a homeowner. He helped my family manage a 3,000sq ft total remodel - 3 bathrooms, kitchen, floor plan changes, etc. He’s not only intelligent, responsive, reliable, professional with high integrity, he’s also just a total blast to work with.

He helped us navigate and problem solve many challenges as they came up during the renovation process. He keeps a clean job site and has total respect for your home. His crew is respectful and always on time. They clean up the job site at the end of each day and are a joy to be around.

We enjoyed our experience so much with Slade and his team, we took the leap of faith to do another renovation with he and his team. That’s saying a lot as renovations are not fun!
