Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn’t seem too far fetched after all! We gave them a long wish list and they took the time to provide the quote for each item allowing us to proritize. The quote left no room for big surprises. They were always accessible which is very helpful to anxious homeowners! What was even more impressive was how neat they left the work area each day. I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
