Best Home Automation Installation in Phoenix AZ

We recently used Phoenix Home Remodeling to remodel our early 2000’s Kitchen. The process was very easy and we enjoyed getting to know the team that came to do the work! We appreciated the straightforward approach to the overall plan, expectations, timing, and cost. This is a local to Ahwatukee company which was very reassuring that these folks not only work but live in this community with their name on the line. We reached out to this Rise Above by referral, and they came out to our home, measured, and spent a lot of time understanding our needs, which are all rather basic: media wall, small guest bath remodel, and tile flooring. We kept getting promises of we'll gt back to you in a few days over and over, and then after a month, Colton claims, I am in NY till next Tuesday. I was getting double checked on what I want to put together for your wall... as soon as I get my double check approx, I will let you know.. Another week goes by w/ nothing, then Colton promised that they will shoot you the numbers by Friday. Fri came and went, and after another week, Colton emails,... we are going to pass on your home project. A lot of the changes you are asking for are just not our specialty...

What??! They said onsite in our home that this is exactly what they specialize in, and it is all very basic.

Update: Spoke w/ Bret who noted there may have been an attitude issue (Colton's??) and would personally come out to our home to review, and confirm who is blowing smoke. That was days ago, and Bret has failed to contact us as he promised.

We're very frustrated ...Rise Above wasted a lot of our time, and now we have to start all over. Don't waste your time w/ Rise Above.

I was disappointed in working with Republic West Remodel. The designer did not pay attention to what I was saying and seemed more focused on selling cabinets. This was for a kitchen and two bath remodel. The designer was distracted and forgot details I had mentioned so I walked away and forfeited the deposit. I know things are busy now, so maybe she had other priorities, but did not feel I could trust working with the company.

Working with Luxury Remodels was one of the best decisions I made last year. Initially, I was kinda nervous about switching contractors for my four bathrooms, but I'm so grateful I did because my bathrooms are awesome right now. Thanks to you guys. The team was super helpful with the estimating and material selections, and it made it easier for me. Their prices are reasonable for what you are getting, while they regularly updated me and kept me in the loop as the work went on. I am satisfied with the finished work and will recommend them at the slightest opportunity.
