Best Full Roof Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

I had these guy stucco the entire exterior of my house. They were extremely professional and thorough from the initial quote, to the final payment and completion of the job. They were on time or ahead of schedule every step of the way and they did an exceptional job. My house looks brand new. Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado strung us along for months promising he would be able to complete our project, but he had other projects in front of ours. We patiently waited for more than eight (8) months (since August 2022). He setup an appointment to meet at our house at 8:00 a.m. this morning to go over final details prior to signing the contract for a 60-80 thousand dollar ramada. My wife texts him in the morning to text her when he arrives and that I would meet him outside. Everado responds asking if she saw the email he sent last night. We open the email - sent after midnight less than 8 hours before he was supposed to meet with us - and the email says he can't meet with us and that he won't be able to build our ramada due to staffing issues and because he is behind on other projects. Avoid. Everado will string you along and waste your time.
