We had to make a design change during the process, and Premier was very responsive and turnaround on the new design did not delay the project at all. Contracted Quentin to remodel my bathroom. I watch Judge Judy. I know that if you look for cheap you're going to get screwed. Quentin came out last year and took measurements for my bathroom remodel, but I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. After checking with other contractors, and even contemplating doing the job myself, I called them back. I shared my vision, I asked where we could save a bit of money on me doing some of the light work myself, and he was very accomodating in that respect. I was able to adhere to my budget. I was able to flex my creativity, without any pushback, and the results turned out BETTER than I had imagined, like... way better. I plan to make an addition to the house in the future, and Urban Element will definitely get first crack at it.

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

My wife and I found MK Remodeling & Design on Angie's list when we were considering extensive changes to our vacation home in Scottsdale. Mike Gillis and his team were prompt, responsive and realistic in their recommendations. The work was performed extremely well and we were kept abreast of its progress throughout the process, even though we were out of state much of the time. Mike guided us through the process in a friendly and professional manner. His assessment of the degree of difficulty and cost associated with each of our ideas turned out to be accurate. We very much recommend MK Remodeling & Design.

We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

Don't do business with these people if your in utah. Ben hendon will over promise and under deliver. Absolutely horrible experience. Rick was the only one who tried to help but his hands were tied. Ben will take your money then act like he's doing you a favor. He came and took measurements himself when the cabinets finally showed up they didn't fit, Ben measured wrong yet took no accountability for it and only had our cabinets showed up. A week later the last 1 finally showed up after being told 2 to 3 days. We had to help unload the truck because their guy wouldn't, reschedule the installer 3 times because of Ben. Not once did he call me on the phone to apologize or even explain. When we told them we weren't paying he threatened to call the cops and through some contract in our face. They were paid in full reluctantly by me never once received a call. Awful experience don't use them and don't trust Ben hendon.

Here is an update, they ordered to many cabinets came and took to many away when we showed up to pick it up Ben refused to give it to us because of this bad review on him. They have been paid in full cashed our final check. And are now ignoring us. No one ever answers the phone and I get no contact information here i promise you don't want to do buisness with these people we are now going to small claims court because of poor customer service and no accountability. Absolutely awful then he says if i take my review didn't and sign a contract that I won't give them bad reviews then we can have our last cabinet. No one has even trues from corporate to reach out. So at this point I have to have a custom cabinet built even though I paid for 1 and Sue them to get my money back absolutely awful experience. I won't have my freedom of speech threatened or censored because they failed
