We called Universal Glass to have 2 windows repaired/replaced while in the process of selling our home. The office staff was wonderful, got us scheduled quickly, and had a technician out within days for a quote. The quote beat every other companies price and were the fastest for installation. Not only was he extremely professional and courteous, but he is one of the best human beings I have ever met! I had the pleasure to have a great conversation with him while he installed our new windows, and he is AMAZING! His family is blessed to have such a wonderful man in their lives.
