Great customer service!

We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.

I bought an old curio case that was missing a mirror. Looked online at several places and finally found Best Glass. They where cheaper by over 50% than any place that would ship me the mirror and responded to my online inquiry within 24hrs. Called me up and said my mirror would be ready in 2-3 days. Received a call back later that same day letting me know it was ready. My wife picked up the mirror and it was the perfect size and looked great. Definitely going to be using them again for all may project needs.

Had my car windows tinted.Detailed quote was provided over the phone. Appointment was easy to set up. Price was average. Staff were very friendly and were more than happy to answer my questions.Installation was relatively quick.Quality of work seems to be pretty good. Only time will tell if the tint starts to bubble or peel.

Great working with and the extra cash given is a nice added benefit!
