Had an outstanding experience this morning working with the manager from this roofing company. We had an imperfect seal between the roof and the AC/Furnace vent pipe that was causing moisture to leak into the attic and a moisture like smell in our guest bedroom. He showed up early, he quickly identified the issue, and was able to resolve it within a couple minutes by placing an additional protective cover that was not initially installed.
