I had a rattle in a rear seat that was driving me nuts. Figured an upholstry shop would know their way around a seat better than a dealer. Stopped by and met two friendly guys (Terry and another younger gentleman who's name I can't recall) who immediately tried to help me figure out what it was. Within 5 min they traced the rattle and suggested that it's a seat mounting issue and not inside the seat. Honest and helpful people, I'll gladly come back when I need upholstery work done.
