Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.

If you need tile work done, this is the place to call! A big portion of my home's remodel project was tile flooring. I had fun picking out the tile for the first two rooms. But it quickly became overwhelming to try to keep a common theme going in all the rooms. I decided to call for help. This service worked great! I scheduled appointment online for next day. I texted pictures of the job and when fixer arrived he was prepared for the task. The price was reasonable and job done well. Another plus, he was enjoyable to have in my home (friendly & professional). I will use the service again!

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!

I had AZ Handy do some long overdue repairs around my house and I've called them out a few other times to do stuff and they've always been very punctual and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them in the future!

They were just rude on the phone. Didn't listen too well were in a hurry to hang up. I feel they don't like talking to immigrants with accents too much.disgrace of a company

Do not deal with this company. I called to discuss having them do work for me and for some reason they hung up and blocked my call. I called from another number and got a a different person to ask why they would do such a thing I mentioned I was going to offer them a number of large jobs but think I might take it somewhere else so they hung up again and blocked that number as well. I would understand if I was being difficult to deal with but I was being polite and trying to understand why they would do such a thing. If they do not like you they will block your calls so you can not get through to them anymore. I can just imagine how they deal with customer service.

If I could rate them 0 out of 5 I would. WOW!
