We had a condo renovation that had several projects that needed to be done. Mike was great. He provided us a quote for the work prior to starting, and he even reduced one of the costs when the work didn't take as long as expected. He always showed up on time and took time to explain things to us to make sure we made the best decisions for our repairs. If you need tile work done, this is the place to call! A big portion of my home's remodel project was tile flooring. I had fun picking out the tile for the first two rooms. But it quickly became overwhelming to try to keep a common theme going in all the rooms. I decided to call for help. As soon as Pattiann Jones stepped into my home, i knew I had made the right decision. Full of energy and ideas, Patti quickly put together a couple of designs for me to choose from. My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing. I called precision handyman because I needed two screws put in to mount the dishwasher to the granite countertop. I was told they do that all the time and that it won't be a problem. I asked Alison how much it was going to cost. She told me $75. Then I get a call from the guy that fixed it and he said it was all done and it's going to be $150. He told me that was because I live so far away. Problem is I gave them my address before they went out. Think this a is very dishonest way to do business. I paid the bill but I will not use them again.
