I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! If you need tile work done, this is the place to call! A big portion of my home's remodel project was tile flooring. I had fun picking out the tile for the first two rooms. But it quickly became overwhelming to try to keep a common theme going in all the rooms. I decided to call for help. As soon as Pattiann Jones stepped into my home, i knew I had made the right decision. Full of energy and ideas, Patti quickly put together a couple of designs for me to choose from. Her and her capable crew started immediately putting together my new floors. A few weeks later, I am now walking across beautiful new wood flooring, all thanks to An Affordable Hand. This service worked great! I scheduled appointment online for next day. I texted pictures of the job and when fixer arrived he was prepared for the task. The price was reasonable and job done well. Another plus, he was enjoyable to have in my home (friendly & professional). I will use the service again!
