His honesty and his abilty to resesolve any issues that may come along. Are things that seem to be getting harder and harder to find these days. In any industry. I have,nt worked with Joseph for a few years now but .But I would like any potential customers to know. To pass up JBS for another. Will most likely result in a loss for them. Very unprofessional! Mike has anger issues, not sure how he can conduct business or can provide any customer service to anyone. His profanity alone would turn any potential customer away, he's rude and needs some professional counseling.
