Karen was prompt to set it up, and even called us, to let us know, that there was an earlier appointment due to cancellation. When Paul came back, the experience was one again top-notch. Very professional, courteous, precise in his performance, and respectful of my home. Art & Kathy are professionals who pride themselves in professionalism. They were super quick to respond to the work needed at our house (shutter repair, replacement of a plethora of bulbs, a few slider doors repaired and they even fixed a few miscellaneous things at no extra charge). Very unprofessional! Mike has anger issues, not sure how he can conduct business or can provide any customer service to anyone. His profanity alone would turn any potential customer away, he's rude and needs some professional counseling.
