Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.

I was so fortunate to find Hugo since this was a unique job. My fire pit had a leak in the gas line so the concrete and flagstone had to be cut, an 18 deep trench was dug and the fire pit was cut on the side. After the plumber replaced the gas line, Hugo took over and filled the trench, replaced and repaired the flagstone and concrete and repaired the side of the fire pit so it looks like new. He brought all his own tools and cleaned up each day Hugo arrived each day and worked full days. The plumber was so impressed with Hugo's work that he hired him for a job at his House! I also had Hugo repair the benches with new concrete, stucco and paint. His work is equal to his work ethic, top notch!

I have used this company on numerous occasions for various work around not only my properties, but also my Mom and Sisters homes. They are up front honest, reliable (actually show up when they say they will) and they always do great work. Below is an example of a hole in our ceiling that they repaired. Love them.

Joe answered all my questions prior to setting up our job, arrived on time, did the work in a clean and professional manner, and communicated every step of the way. In fact, he needed to return the next day to paint an exterior surface that he repaired and needed to dry, and he showed up on-time and I did not even need to remind him. I have used the Happy Handyman for several projects between 2 of my homes over the last 8years. Brad is very friendly and reasonable with his service quotes. These guys have painted, hung lights and fans, replaced toilets, built a patio cover, installed dog doors and done tiling for me.

Kitchen cabinet pulls installed by James and helper… some of my pulls were bended or forced into a drill hole measured by the installers. Some pulls were not installed with the correct measurements where on adjoining doors you could some were angled and mismeasured incorrectly. Very upset that I paid thousands of dollars for new cabinets to have mediocre work done that costed me than I paid for. Work was done 2/22/2022.
