The owners take personal responsibility, and the service continues past, treatment with personal follow-up and re-treat if necessary. I've had weed treatment yearly since I've lived here, and since I started using Rid-a-Bird for weed control, my yard has never been cleaner and weed free . Their termite guy Steve has be prompt and thorough on every job he has done for me or my clients and provided extra value to his service by noticing other things in the home that may need attention way beyond termite control. Oh, forgot to, mention, snake removal too....they have come out on short notice when there has been an unwelcome visitor near the house to remove.

We used them before. They were okay but more expensive than the competition. Tried to use twice after and they have never responded. Wouldn't even waste my time.
