I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.
If you want your job done right and no hassles this is the right company. 5 Stars on all counts.

After a hail storm last spring I filed a claim with my home owner’s insurance. The adjuster came out, looked over my damage and said that they would be sending me a check. I had no idea what to do next. I called the owner of this company. He came to my house, looked over the damage, took plenty of pictures and said he would contact the insurance adjuster himself on my behalf if I didn’t mind. The next thing I knew was the insurance adjuster advised me that I would be receiving additional funds. He then called me wanting to know when I wanted the repairs done. From that point on I would receive a call from the project manager advising when each repair or replacement was to be done and everything was put back in better condition than it was before the storm.

Max Miller was a total professional and gentlemen. He was patient and explained every detail to the letter. He answered questions and made me and my wife feel confident in the company he represents. We had our roof completely redone with new underlayment, materials etc, with tile reuse and replacement. It was a big job being a large single story house with lots of roof. The Roof Medics beat three other companies that quoted on the job on price and quality of underlayment; they used 2 layers of SBS TU-45 underlayment for our roof. The owners Jared and Daryl are very professional and it is a pleasure to work with. Their crew is very competent and efficient and did an excellent job. The job was promptly scheduled and finished on time with one day of rain delay. They also waived the cost of some wood replacement that was not included in the price. I would highly recommend them for any roof work.
