They came out and fixed the roof within a few days. Chris was awesome and the owner Alex was very kind and flexible on payments. I’ll definitely call them again if we need anything done. I highly recommend them.

They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

I recently purchased a home, whose previous owner had a new roof put on by a different contractor only two years prior. During the purchase period, the home inspection determined that the chimney flashing was not sound and some moisture was entering the attic space. My attempts at having the original contractor correct the work in a timely manner was to no avail. I did some research and contacted Imperial. The owner was very responsive from the initial request for assistance. He came to the home to inspect the roof within one business day, and got his crew to replace the chimney flashing one day earlier than his initial promise.The owner and his entire team is diligent and responsive from the very beginning. I would certainly turn to this roofing company again and will recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I spoke with Ray and at first were very pleased. we were going to install a giant sliding glass door in our new home. we learned after we put down $5000 that he was just a salesman. He misused our funds by hiring an engineer first before even pulling the plans from the city. He miscommunicated to the engineer what we wanted and completely misquoted. He kept saying we didn't have a post-tension slab when we told him multiple times that we did. We kept getting told yeah, that's what I've said after we corrected him on multiple things: he originally recommended the complete opposite (i.e. drilling into the foundation on a known post-tension slab). Misuse of funds entirely, didn't send us the correct refund amount, and disregarded what we wanted/our budget. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Roof Medics is a top notch company to work with. They replaced my foam roof in February and I have zero complaints. The foreman was excellent and oversaw the quality of work and made sure everything was up to his high standards. They did not cut any corners. They re-installed my air conditioners in better shape then when they were removed for foaming. You could see the attention to detail in every step of the effort.

I had four bids and their bid was the most reasonable and included a lot of extra items the other companies did not bid. They kept my pool protected and cleaned up the yard when finished each night.

This is the second time I had my roof replaced i (last time 25 years ago), and this company far exceeded my expectations. I don't usually do reviews but in this case I felt it a must.
