Best House Insurance in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I decided to get solar placed on our roof last year(freedom forever solar) and they wrapped a roof into the package deal. Well I can tell you right now it was the worst decision of my life. We had bad monsoon rains this year and all the water came pouring down on all sides of my chimney and when I went up to the roof to inspect it I noticed after looking at it real well that the flashing was never replaced and in fact they just painted over it white because The new shingles were white. We contacted the company and a man by the name of Jose replied back saying that he would call us back and let us know when he can have a technician out which he said he could do same day. Well we never heard from him after that and even sent him videos of the water leaking around the chimney and showed how the flashing was never replaced on the roof and still we got no response. I will definitely be reporting the solar company and this roof company to the Better Business Bureau. I take pride in everything I do I am a veteran of the US Army and I got this house through a VA loan. I’ve been trying to fix it up and sell it to provide my family a better life and now it seems as if all of that is crashing to an end. Run do not walk away from this company run as fast and as far as you can and let everyone know how disreputable they are.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Sean at PCC Roofing was the first of three estimates I was going to consider for a new roof. First off, was on time. Second off, drove an American brand truck. My initial contact with Sean could not have gone better. When we parted ways I had a good feeling I was going to use him and told him so. He had the estimate to me in the time promised. In the meantime, the second estimate came by. Was a total dog and pony show and when both estimates were compared, Sean's was significantly better and about what I had originally expected. With that being said, I cancelled the third estimate and hired him. The work was done as promised and done in a shorter time than he anticipated. All in all nothing short of a remarkable experience. I have friends in the construction business that have been over and complimented the workmanship and finished product. Other contractors as well.

We are currently in the process of buying a new home. I asked Sean to come over and evaluate the new house and compare to what the inspector and a another roofing contractor stated and he was there within hours. The house will need some work done to the roof and when we proceed we will no doubt be using Sean and his crew.
