Jason was very fair with the bid to replace our 25 year old tile roof. He gave us a choice of what material we wanted and we went with the best. This was a very professional company. The first thing that impressed me is that they said that they would arrive at 6:00 am and not only did they arrive at exactly at that time but the owner of the company Daryl was with the crew. Daryl made sure I was taken care of before he left the job. All the workers were very friendly and hard working and were very knowledgeable about the products being used on my roof. They were tidy and cleaned up as they removed the old shingles from my roof. The job was handled with pride in their workmanship. I was very happy with the job the Roof Medics did and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or even just some roof repair. The owner Daryl definitely goes the extra mile for customers. He did for me and I am sure I am not the first or the last. The Roof Medics knows how to take care of a customer. Talk about customer satisfaction !!

My association has used this company for over 20 yrs. Intially the service and responsiveness were excellent, and I learned much from them about sprayfoam roofs. However, recently the company has changed, and the responsiveness to our attempted contacts have gone unanswered. If company does not respond to emails and/or phone calls, you wonder if you should continue to do business with them.
