We had some leaking issues from the past rain we had in February or March. We had 4 different roofing companies come out and quote us on our roof.

We ended up choosing Angel's Roofing. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I felt trust, confidence and respect from Alberto, owner of Angel's Roofing.

I was able to ask him any questions and he answered with facts and details of what would happened if the roof didn't get fixed right away.

Unfortunately, we ended up going into quarantine and didn't get our roof fixed until September. Him and his workers did an amazing job with our roof. I highly recommend his company.

Out of the four companies, he fell in the middle of them with pricing. Not to expensive nor to cheap. Just right! His work is guaranteed and warrantied!

After a storm we found several tiles missing. We spoke to TRM Roofing (Mr. Bryditzki) and scheduled a time for inspection. He recommended to rework the roof. They had to replace several planks that had already started to rot due to water damage. They saved me a lot of money and damage that could have happened if I would have decided to just replace the missing tiles. I now have a new roof and worry free. The crew did an excellent jod under the leadership of the on-site supervisor Victor. During the process Victor made himself available and gave me updates and explained the steps taken. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything as if they were never there, very clean. They did a great job with our roof. Very professional and cleaned up well afterwards. We were very happy with the work. Also, their bid was very competitive with the 4 other bids we got. Randall (project manager) always responded to my phone calls or texts. Only issue was it took a little longer than expected as we had them install some sun tubes that were delayed at the distributor. Other than that, we would hire them again.

Ron did our bathrooms and kitchen. In both cases he exhibited attention to detail, and cleaned up the messes left by other contractors. His work is precise, and he does his best to provide his customers with quality work. I highly recommend for any jobs you have that need doing.

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!

Very bad. Did not show up on the scheduled time and kept you waiting at home for the whole day as he continuously lies. Delayed for one month without any improvement. We fired him but have not get the money for the material back although we have requested many times.

I had this company come to repair my roof. They took my money (3000$+) but did NOTHING. I lived out of town so no chance to inspect their work. By that time I assumed all the ppl will do their job with honesty. I was too naive. My neighbor helped me inspect the roof and told me nothing had been done. I had to go through a dispute process with Arizona Registrar of Contractors to get my money back. I have learned so much from this lesson. Never assume with granted that ppl will do their job.

I was recommended to Team Roofing Arizona LLC by a friend of mine, who had used them in the past. I contacted the company and they were out here in a day to measure and assess my roof. Within a week they were able to make the repairs, and they did a beautiful job, and even cleaned up after themselves. Their prices are fair, and they stand behind their work 100%. I had some wood rot near one of the chimneys, and they made sure to fix that as well as all properly.

We recommend this company to everyone who needs roof repairs. We recently sold our home and had to get some cracked tiles and a patio roof finished. Adriana was extremely responsive and great to work with. I had a lot of questions and requests like providing pictures after the work was complete etc... she was so good to us and got the proof we needed so we could complete the close on the sale of our home. Jose was quick and on time and he did an excellent job for a great price compared to other companies!

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
