Best Roof Installation And Roof Repair in Phoenix AZ

My roof was damaged after a recent storm in AZ. I was looking for a roofer. They responded immediately and came out within the hour for an Estimate. They repaired my roof and replaced all the tiles with fresh shingle. Couldn't have asked fir a better Job or company. Thanks Fernando!

We had some leaking issues from the past rain we had in February or March. We had 4 different roofing companies come out and quote us on our roof.

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. All fake reviews fake business don't recommend

They came out and totally redone our patio roof it was good for the most part but it is very hard to get someone back out to fix a leak that we've been having we have a 5 year warranty and yet we cannot get Jose to come and fix the roof first time we try to call him he said he got into a car accident which we understood second time we called him he set up a time and we waited and it was a no-show third time did not even try to call or get back with us so all in all it's a hit or miss you choose

Chris, the owner, is a family man, incredibly understanding, knowledgable about roofing product, respo0nds right away. His company did an awesome job on replacing my roof. His coworker, Josh, came to top of a corner redo and was incredible. I would recommend them to anyone.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
