Just had a new tile roof installed which was long overdue. Roof Repair Phoenix did a great job. They had great customer service, worked around my schedule and the workmanship was top notch. They even searched the yard for stray nails when they were finished. Thanks for the great work.

After a storm we found several tiles missing. We spoke to TRM Roofing (Mr. Bryditzki) and scheduled a time for inspection. He recommended to rework the roof. They had to replace several planks that had already started to rot due to water damage. They saved me a lot of money and damage that could have happened if I would have decided to just replace the missing tiles. I now have a new roof and worry free. The crew did an excellent jod under the leadership of the on-site supervisor Victor. During the process Victor made himself available and gave me updates and explained the steps taken. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything as if they were never there, very clean. They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. same experience as the other reviewer. paid a down pmt in dec 2017 someone came out a couple times in jan 2018 and did some work but it was not completed. I was told numerous times for months that steve would be out to finish and never showed, always had a excuse. filed complaint w BBB roof still never repaired. monsoons damaged any work that was done in January. I have an open complaint with az registrar of contractors they are past the due date for repairing our roof. I hope their license is revoked. no business should be able to get away with this. DO NOT USE this business!

We recommend this company to everyone who needs roof repairs. We recently sold our home and had to get some cracked tiles and a patio roof finished. Adriana was extremely responsive and great to work with. I had a lot of questions and requests like providing pictures after the work was complete etc... she was so good to us and got the proof we needed so we could complete the close on the sale of our home. Jose was quick and on time and he did an excellent job for a great price compared to other companies!

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
