We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote (Jon explained the process with the quote) and scheduled the work. David, our tech, was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend this company. Great customer service and workmanship.

Brandon came out and gave an estimate. Very nice and professional . Price I thought was fair. However, neighbor is a contractor and he got his guys to do it for us. I would have went with apple roofing if my neighbor didn't step in. Thank you Casey

AZ foam masters is my favorite foam company to work with. Having hired a few other companies prior to talking to Mike I was able to compare his services to the others. When installing my roof he went above and beyond and was so pleasant to work with. Not only was the service great but the product keeps our home cool much more efficiently in these summer months. It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. The receptionist was very friendly and professional and had me scheduled for an inspection within minutes. Sarah came out to inspect the roof that same day and was extremely knowledgeable. They came out and totally redone our patio roof it was good for the most part but it is very hard to get someone back out to fix a leak that we've been having we have a 5 year warranty and yet we cannot get Jose to come and fix the roof first time we try to call him he said he got into a car accident which we understood second time we called him he set up a time and we waited and it was a no-show third time did not even try to call or get back with us so all in all it's a hit or miss you choose

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
