I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. Harper's came to investigate a roof leak in our kitchen. They removed the shingles in the most likely area, where the back porch is tied in to the main roof, made a few minor repairs and essentially couldn't find the leak. Waited for a rain and the leak was back. They came back w/o charge, pulled up the rooftop A/C and siliconed the bolts and holes. That was it! 25-30 feet away and not in a direct line. Genius! They arrive when they are scheduled. Wish everyone did.

They came out and totally redone our patio roof it was good for the most part but it is very hard to get someone back out to fix a leak that we've been having we have a 5 year warranty and yet we cannot get Jose to come and fix the roof first time we try to call him he said he got into a car accident which we understood second time we called him he set up a time and we waited and it was a no-show third time did not even try to call or get back with us so all in all it's a hit or miss you choose

Just purchased a new house in Scottsdale Rio Verde area. The inspector found the roof to be in need of replacement. I called 3 roofing contractors and All City came out when they said and gave me a fair price. Mike the estimator spent time to explain the process and followed up with me to help us get the roof installation set up and completed.
