This group of people was fantastic. Both the price and the completed work were exactly what they were supposed to be. They came, assessed the situation, and promptly provided a quote, after which the required work was scheduled and carried out. They put in new recessed lighting, fans, and an entirely new electrical panel. Everything was completed in just two days, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jim's lack of communication was unprofessional. I waited weeks for a quote that was promised. I had to reschedule my hot tub delivery and couldn't get my concrete poured because I wasted 3 weeks for Jim, he finally told me he didn't have time to do the job. He could've told me that weeks ago, considering I followed up with him numerous of times. I don't know why Scioto even recommend him. Please do yourself a favor and find a reputable company, because Bach Electric and Jim are TRASH.
