I think I was over charged. He quoted my 129.99 for diagnostic which would go towards labor if I decided to fix the problem. It ended up being a bad breaker. He then quoted my a flat rate of 199.99 to repair it. I asked what happended to the diagnostic fee. No matter what I was out my original $130 so we compromised on a $250 charge. I still think that is alot for a 15 minute job. I wouldn't use again. He did have a BBB rating, which is why I used him in the first place.

Josh was very professional and so detail oriented, his work was exceptional. Actually both guys were great. I would highly recommend JSR Electric Services!!!
