Xavier showed up early and made sure that thr repair job was finished...I now have a working home heater..
The only issue my husband and I had was when we asked for a Summary of the bill we would be paying, we were expecting a Breakdown of all the work Parts, Labor, Warranty information, sales tax and Total...instead just a bill with the part and price...
