I had to reach out to Breeze for repair on our A/C Unit that was originally installed by them roughly 2.5 years ago. From my first phone call, I spoke with Ashley, I was so pleased with her knowledge and customer service. She even arranged for a technician to come out that same day for inspection. An evaporator coil had to be ordered but was on back order. However, I never had to call and check on the progress because they kept me updated. Terry Birl, our technician that came out for inspection was also the one to come out to do the repair. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered any and all of our questions we had and most importantly fixed our issue. Every single person I spoke to on the phone and Terry were not just good but outstanding!
