A guy was standing there with caution tape but didn't caution off any of the seating even though you weren't allowed in that area. There were hundreds of people in the area including small children. I told him to tape off the area where we werent allowed due to radiation testing and he got irritated and refused. In the time he spent arguing with me he could have taped it off. Well done.
