Second time we have used Russ Electric. This time we had a new 60 amp line installed from our panel to our HVAC Air Handler. They arrived on time and worked non-stop for three hours (time that had been quoted). They did a great job and we would recommend them for any electrical job large or small!

They understand the necessity and urgency to respond quickly, they take ownership in what they do and communicate which is most important. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

I used the company. Before they sent any workers they had me send them pics of my panel so that their workers would have the correct items/materials if they were in my area. They acknowledged my pics and sent workers. The workers were good and finished the work well under 1hr, however they did not have the cover's/fillers for empty slots in panel so they left my house to go to the store, of course coincidently this put them over the one hour and I was charged and extra $65 PER WORKER. I complained to the company but got no relief, their reasoning was even though their workers did not come with the appropriate items/tools to perform the job I should still be required to pay extra time. The workers were good but this company is not customer forward it is all about the $$$. I'd suggest if you go with this company make sure BEFORE they begin their work you have them review that they have ALL items so they don't have to go get something on YOUR DIME!

Fantastic company! They responded to my business needs quickly with a fair quote and faster than expected service. The project wasnt as complex as we initially thought so they charged for the actual work done instead of the initial quote. That is unheard of these days.This time they helped with replacing lights around the building but they will be my go to for all electrical needs in the future!

Careless driving on the passing lane. Driving on the left lane in Texas and impeding the flow of traffic is illegal. Move over.
