In reliance upon this representation, I bought the generator, had it delivered to my home and advised Brian I was ready to proceed. He inquired of my address and thereafter ceased communication, despite multiple efforts to contact him. Not very professional. Called Jeff and he was extremely nice and got me on the schedule right away. Did the job at one of my rental properties and texted me the picture of the work and the bill right afterwards.
