In about an hour, Zeno and David were able to move a 500+ lbs refrigerator, diagnose the leaky water line, run out to buy a replacement braided stainless steel hose, reinstall the new hose, and move the refrigerator back.During the initial conversations, there was a question regarding the water shut-off for the refrigerator water line and code compliance (turned out to be a non-issue) -- scoping out the work in a responsible and compliant manner was very much appreciated.
