Sims & Sons is responsive. They came over to fix an emergency within a few hours after we called. Zeno and David are professional and they fixed our problem quickly.

Joe, Pablo and Demond were great to work with. They painted my place and repaired some smaller issues before I listed my place. I was so comfortable I left town while they did the work and arrived home to my place looking great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and I'd use them again.

I gave them a second chance after using them one time with some issues. I regret calling them again. The electrician came unprepared to complete the job; he didn't bring a high ladder. He said he was going to get a high ladder. Then I get a text that the job is done and they are going to charge my card. I told them the job was not done. They apologized for the confusion and told me that they will send someone out later in the week to complete the work. Guy left in the middle of the job.

I put in an estimate request on the website and less than 12 hours later had a very comprehensive quote and 2 appointments scheduled. We had multiple areas of drywall that needed to be repaired. Juan was our serviceman and he was fantastic. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. The work was done quickly and efficiently and was exactly what we were looking for. The price was very reasonable and every aspect of the job and price was explained. Would definitely recommend and use again!

he is not responsible at all. he never apply for the permit and inspection... my partner and i waited and wasted 6month and stopped by chicago city hall and found out this guy never applied for it. even now, we still have to go for the final inspection, he is not answering the calls and no reply messages. i know we were stupid to paid him all up front bc he wouldnt do anything till we pay upfront. i am going to file complain to chicago. i will do everything let ppl know about him. terrible...
