Best Plumbing Fixtures in Chicago IL

Needed garbage disposal totally replaced. Darrell was outstanding, fair and honest. Zeno came out and was off the hook great. Could not have been a better experience. Even got a few tips about how to prolong the life of my new disposal. For plumbing and electric, these guys are the only ones I will be calling in the future. Joe, Pablo and Demond were great to work with. They painted my place and repaired some smaller issues before I listed my place. I was so comfortable I left town while they did the work and arrived home to my place looking great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and I'd use them again.

The worst customer service ever.. I had a wonderful worker, but there was horrid communication and overcharging and waiting for days without info about my job as scheduled ..I was called a liar. I was told the days of the customer being right are over. I was blamed as I waited lost.The worker was great. I love him. The staff is obviously young unprofessional and disrespectful and blames their failures on the customer. I have every communication backed up. Beware.
