Best Plumbing Electrical in Chicago IL

Sims & Sons Electric Electrician
This company is highly responsive. An electrician was on the way to our house with twenty minutes of our request for service. Enis offered us alternatives for replacing a light fixture which best met our needs. He was thoroughly professional. He cleaned up completely afterward. He observed Covid protocols too. I wouldn't hesitate to contact this company with any electrical needs.

HandiCo, Inc. Electrician
Joe and his crew are great! I called to schedule an entire condo painting and a long list of handiwork. His team was very prompt every day. On day 1 his team and I walked our entire condo going over each item of work to ensure they understood what was needed. The paint job was awesome. The entire condo painting top to bottom and handiwork was finished in less than a week. Felt like it was a new condo at the end! I just called them again to do electrical work and schedule work the next day. Great group and great work!

Fixer Chicago Electrician
Not happy with their Customer Service and Scheduling. Registered on their website, sent a few pictures and had someone come out and look at a ceiling that only needed a small patch up with drywall and paint. The individual stated that it could be done in 1 day and half. We decided to reschedule and the individual stated that customer service would contact me. They never did. I had to contact them a week later to schedule. So I schedule to have the same individual to take care of the Drywall and Paint. Two weeks later I get a text message that they had cancelled the repair because they thought a project manager would need to take a look. Why would the project manager not visit the first time when I sent the pictures. I just was disappointed since I had sent the pictures in my initial request and that was close to two and half weeks in viewing pictures and making that arbitrary decision. I decided to move with another individual.

The Good Guys Handyman Electrician
We replaced the floors in our condo which left an ugly gap between the new floors and the baseboards/door frames. We also had to get it back up for sale as soon as humanly possible. I called around to about 8 carpenters that all scoffed at such a small and odd job. I finally found The Good Guys and my luck totally turned around! Chris was able to come out for a quote the next day and Jamie completed the carpentry work and painting right in time for us to get listed again. I cannot thank them enough! Chris and Jamie are so nice and wonderful to work with. I'll be referring all my Chicago-area friends to them from now on!

Budget Right Handyman Electrician
Description of Work:1. backdoor screen door closer fixed or replaced. 2. front door weatherized with stripping to keep draft out...front door is wood. 3. front banister reattached...if this could be done in 2hrs then it could be added if not I will schedule another time. Photos of back-door closer and banister attached. What actually happened:Not as I requested. I specifically requested in writing (and reverified when the handyman got there) that I wanted #3 done “LAST” because I wanted to stay within the 2hr window. However The handyman did what he wanted to do and did it second & left my “main” issue (door weatherization) for last. Being that he did this leads me to believe he did it 2 milk the time to get extra $ in which all 3 items took 2 1/2hrs plus. On top of this the weatherization that was done actually had more air seeping through & I had to go buy some foam to attach in order to stop it. Also when I reached out to company to let them know what happened no one was contacted me.UPDATE 3/5/18Budget did end up contacting me regarding the matter and explained why I was not followed up with initially. Another technician was sent out to resolve the issue and I am satisfied with the result.
