I had an unfortunate situation of faulty wiring finally causing the electricity in the house to go out. The breaker box was smoking, the smell of melted plastic and hot wire, etc was quite obvious. I was able to find All Power Electric Inc and they came out right away. Grace was extremely helpful and Pablo showed up, took a look and assessed the problem and fixed things. This was late on a Sunday night, and it was hot - so no AC. Thankfully, they got things up and running, ordered the necessary parts, and installed everything professionally. I was very pleased and would use them again!

I visited Dunning today who I believe was contracted to replace all unit breaker boxes in my condo several years ago. I first called and spoke with a very pleasant woman who encouraged me to stop by with the faulty breaker needing replacement that was not providing the necessary 120/240 voltages to my electric range. She noted that I should stop by mid afternoon in time to ask the service staff if a replacement was in stock or could be ordered. I did so and was greeted by two knowledgeable service men. They knew immediately what I needed and checked for a replacement in their inventory. I was given a used exact replacement breaker gratis. It resolved my voltage issue with my electric range and so I am once again a happy camper and can cook and bake once again! Thanks Dunning!

I have used Penco for years and have always been satisfied with their work. They maintain our generator but we also used them to install smart switches. More recently they installed lights, a new panel and electrical switches to support my small woodworking shop. Everything was completed professionally and they provided me with guidance and consultation every step of the way.

We recently bought a two flat and took on a renovation project for both units. The electric for the entire building needed to be upgraded because it posed a safety hazard. We decided to work with Montoya Electric because they explained the process and were thorough in explaining the scope of work. Joe and his crew are great! I called to schedule an entire condo painting and a long list of handiwork. His team was very prompt every day. On day 1 his team and I walked our entire condo going over each item of work to ensure they understood what was needed. Our front porch light was relocated to a better position and they changed it from a motion-sensor light to a regular switch. I contacted Wizard Electric on August 5, 2020 to do a repair of a can light inside my house and to install a new outlet in my garage. They quoted me their hourly rates and scheduled me for 10am-2pm on August 14, 2020.Well, August 14 comes and I wait and wait, and as it nears 2pm, I decide to give them a call to see if they are still coming. I end up speaking to the same guy who scheduled my appointment. To my surprise, he tells me that I am not one of the names on today's job list. He puts me on hold, and after a long wait, comes back to tell me that somehow he managed to schedule me for JULY 14, 2020, instead of August 14.He scheduled me for a day that was ALREADY 22 DAYS IN THE PAST when my appointment was made! 22 DAYS IN THE PAST!?! If true, these people must be running the world's worst computer system, because I'm pretty sure most scheduling software would not allow a user to schedule for dates that are three weeks past.No effort whatsoever was made to get somebody to my house to honor the appointment they made 9 days earlier. Instead I was given a litany of excuses about how busy he is and how the recent storm has people offering them $1000 to come out and do work. When I asked for somebody to come tomorrow (Saturday), I was told no. When I asked for somebody to come Monday (the next weekday), I was also told no.Save yourself the trouble and call a company that honors its appointments. At the very least, I would have expected Wizard Electric to do everything they could to get an electrician to my house ASAP to make up for this ridiculous mistake. But nope. Too busy. So sorry.What a joke.
