Sims and Sons did a great job. Darell is very responsive and personable. As a landlord, and living out of town, it was a comfort to have the frequent communication. He sent multiple before and after photos and walked me through the repairs as they were happening. He was able to call in extra help from his team to ensure the job was completed correctlyand on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Smrter Home was great to work with. After over a year from working from home, I decided it was time for an update. After purchasing a stand up desk, I contacted Smrter Home to see what their options were for an office equipment upgrade as well. Matt, the Owner of Smrter Home, was so helpful and suggested a few options. The great thing about Smrter Home is that they give you equipment options, purchase them for you, and install it all. So everything happened within a few days, which was much appreciated it. We will be working with Smrter Home in the future!

called him on Thursday august 18th, set appt for Friday august 19th at 9am. got a call from him at 9:22am and said i almost forgot about our appointment, can i come over now? told him no but we could reset it for 3pm . we both agreed. called him at 12:11pm to let him know i was running way late. left a VM but didn't hear back from him. called him at 2:11pm to make sure he had gotten the message and wouldn't waste his time to show up. didn't hear back, he said he never got my VM. we reset it for 9:30am on Saturday the 20th. he never showed or called. don't bother!
