I cannot say enough great things about John P. who came out to assess our needs and give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I would say the same for Eric V. who came to install our light fixtures and add a few outlets: AWESOME work and fantastic to work with! He went over the estimate to confirm what we needed, offered thoughtful solutions, and checked in throughout the job. I really appreciated the way he wired our outlets, with a vision for our potential needs in the future. Also: Tim got us scheduled so fast! They came on time and installed everything quickly. I was able to do work in the other room while they installed two fans and a light fixture. Everything looks professionally done and they could not be happier

Upgraded lighting in my garage from a single bulb to four LED shoplight strips (on a Saturday nonetheless). What a difference! Work included replacing old wiring and adding new conduit runs, boxes and switches. Dan walked through the rest of my home with me and discussed possibilities for future upgrades, so informative! Fixer is modern, efficient and transparent. They've done an awesome job of taking a difficult process (finding and hiring a contractor or service technician) and making it super easy. It was easy to book an appointment. The two guys who mounted our TV were professional and got the job done quickly. They took care of the equipment and made sure it all functioned well. The billing was transparent. Two techs helped with this project, and I could see the billing for each one them broken out online. It was easy to pay (through their website) and even tip via their website. I'd highly recommend this service because it really has solved a lot of the friction and stress of securing and paying for this kind of work.
