I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Lamm on the telephone yesterday about an electrical issue at my house. He took the time to ask me a number of questions, and even helped me locate my fuse box (which was on the outside of the house). He was extremely helpful and thorough. Ultimately, it turned out that the partial power outage at my house was caused by the power being automatically cut off in another room by a GFCI outlet (probably my kids!), however, I do have another electrical issue, and I look forward to having Mr. Lamm or someone from his company look into it. I appreciate his attention to detail, as well as his thoughtful manner. I appreciated him trying to get as much information as possible before sending someone to my house. If his employees are anything like him, I know they must be great electricians! Thank you!

Zapp Electric is by far the easiest electrical company I have ever dealt with. I have had bad experiences with other electrical companies like hidden fees, not doing a good job, or just plain destroying my property. Zapp Electric on the other hand takes pride in their work. They never leave a mess and they get the job done in a timely manner. The owner Zack was very nice and upfront on any costs and what they were for. From what I am told, each employee has years of experience and they wouldn't hire anyone without it. I mean you can't get an electrical license without years of experience anyway. I used Father and Son Electric for help installing wiring for 4 ceiling fans in my 1970s home. Their technician, Michael Mixon, showed up on time, and had everything that he needed to get the job done, and done quickly. He even installed the fans for us once the wiring was in place. Their rates were reasonable, and everyone I spoke to before and during the service call was knowledgeable and friendly. Michael talked with me at length about a number of things related to the electrical system in our house. He was not trying to upsell me on anything, he was simply providing a much needed and much appreciated education on a critical home system. We have a few other wiring projects coming up, and will absolutely be using them in the near future to complete these. Thanks for everything. Michael earned every star on this 5 star rating!
