I had previously been told by 2 electricians that the work that I needed done was impossible to do. Todd heard my problem and immediately assured me that he could do it. He arrived on time and fixed my electrical issue without hesitation. I was able to place all of my electronics and appliances exactly where I wanted them. If you're looking for an electrician, stop looking and book Lux!!

Rob Miller was excellent. He went to multiple supply houses to get the equipment I wanted. Installation was as expected. Very friendly and professional.

Cause they have all the answers about recepticals and switches.

I got bussin chips and the windows r big and cool to look out of. Best fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’d give it ten stars if I could. Very swaggy. Very drippy. Owner is extremely girlboss.

Terrible customer service all around

I worked Watson a few years ago as a helper, the job wasn’t bad at first. Work was good, but once the months continue treatment did too. As projects got hard so did pressure. Hours were also good at first then thing declined. I been in the Electrical field prior to Watson and made a lot more money with other company’s but once my main Forman quit, Forman by the name of Parker stepped in and let his ego take over. The issue was brought to Matt’s attention but nothing happened. With threats of no lunch, being left for the shuttle while being on time and trying to take away hours/pay for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the employees working(wasn’t just me) with that being said I removed myself from the job and found a great job that treats me like a great employee that I am. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst opportunity at all but no employee deserves to be mistreated on any job. Had to share my experience.

WTC has amazing customer service! They were prompt and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

Adam was great. He explained everything and walked me thru the entire process. Because of this experience I would definitely hire Father and Son Electric again and recommend them to everyone.

We used Brent for a variety of electrical work we had during our home remodel. He is a hard worker, reasonably priced, kind and was able to fit us in during his busy schedule. If I ever need electrical work in the future, will reach out to Brent.

These guys went above and beyond. Quick response time, informed me of every step we needed to take, showed up on time and was reasonably priced. Will definitely be calling them back for all of my electrical needs

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Al's knowledge and expertise was just superb! He has a remarkably professional and amicable can do attitude with the experience and knowledge to back it up. He communicates a professional confidence in his manner that is reassuring.

It was a real pleasure to do business with Al. Both my neighbor and myself are super pleased with the high quality of the job and the efficient speed and timeliness that it was done! The front on my neighbors home looks fantastic and the quality of work will have the siding and trim last for many many years to come! Great place to work, good Christian values!!

They setup the appointment quickly. That I would have to was the end of it. I called after my appointment time passed, they let me know the electrician was running a little behind (as in 30 minutes because he was going to grab something to eat). Ok, no problem there, about 90 minutes later I get a call from the electrician saying he wasn't going to make it for another hour (2 and a half hours after appointment time), said ok I can deal with that, people have stuff come up. Called the business to let them know to cancel my request for service after an additional hour went by from when the electrician said he'd be here (3 and a half hours after my appointment time). Sound very professional on the phone and thought I found a good company based on the previous review (nice work from the photos and referrals from Duke energy). Had a few jobs that I need an electrician for out at the house so probably more disappointed then they are for losing my business.
