We will not be using or recommending IRV in the future. It’s really a shame because the two techs that we worked with were great. Jeremiah and Andrew were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did more than their fair share of work. The office staff and management, on the other hand, were frustrating and disappointing. I’m sure that if no complications had arisen on the job then we would have been perfectly satisfied, but things did go differently than expected and there was abysmal communication between the office staff, management, and the techs. Ultimately, the techs are the only ones keeping this from a 1-star review.At one point we were provided completely incorrect appointment times and the job ended up getting delayed by a day because of the miscommunication between the office and the techs. There was also either no communication or quite late communication if the tech was delayed or not able to make it out, with all the unnecessary disruption to my work and family time that goes along with such disregard for the customer. Worse yet, the office staff spent most of the time unprofessionally blaming the techs for the miscommunications instead of solving the problem. There was one instance when an office staff member put me on hold to discuss matters with a supervisor and seemed to have completely ignore my complaint when she came back on the line to speak to me again. IRV needs to address its lack of administrative and customer relationship management skills.
