Called to get a new breaker & cable run put in for my new oven. Jacob was on time, professional, and anticipated problems so there was no sudden added work in the middle of the job. Definitely on top of my list for any future electrical needs.

Not the best experience, called for an estimate. No one ever showed up had to call to see what was going on. Tech had an emergency(I get it, it happens). Communication was awful, they ended up asking for photos of the job - super unprofessional.

The technicians were friendly, kind, courteous and informative. I knew exactly what they were doing, how long it would take to complete the service and they wore masks and plastic coverings for entering in our home.

Our family had what we thought was an issue with a circuit breaker. Toliny was able to come out the same day. The issue was not only quickly diagnosed, but we were told how to resolve the issue going forward. It is rare that you receive excellent service, advice, and kindness. Zapp Electric is by far the easiest electrical company I have ever dealt with. I have had bad experiences with other electrical companies like hidden fees, not doing a good job, or just plain destroying my property. Zapp Electric on the other hand takes pride in their work. They never leave a mess and they get the job done in a timely manner. The owner Zack was very nice and upfront on any costs and what they were for. From what I am told, each employee has years of experience and they wouldn't hire anyone without it. I mean you can't get an electrical license without years of experience anyway. So rest assured Zapp Electric will do the best job possible and leave you with the upmost relief of not having to worry that your electrical service is dangerous or against code in any way. After using Zapp Electric I promise they will be the ONLY company I call for electrical repairs or installations.

I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it.

Pretty poor customer service all around.

Late with this since the work was some weeks ago. Did entire rewire as well as other projects. Extremely well done. Professional and great job of explaining. Very pleased.
